• Does not fit Dart/Windsor heads
• Does not fit models with C-6 transmissions
• Does not fit 1971-1973 Mustang/Cougar’s with manual transmissions
• For 1964-1966 models the center to center distance between shock towers needs to be at a minimum of 34 7/16-inches
